Rejection is hard. Most of us face it. I’ve seen rejection in many forms…relationships, promotions, jobs, and sports. The best way to overcome rejection is to remember these three things.
1-Rejection makes you more sympathetic and humble. If you can learn from the reason you were rejected, you can become a more compassionate person. Humility with strength is a great combination.
2- Rejection isn’t always personal. Take it to heart and digest it. Then, hold your head high and conquer new things.
3- Rejection makes you smarter. If you research why you were rejected, you can become wiser going into your next challenge in life.
